I am a Soul


Me olemme sieluja.Se mille näytämme,kertoo vain sen,millaisen kuljetuslaitteen olemme saaneet tälle matkallemme maassa.Tämä osuus on minusta upeinta kaikkisessa Ymmärryksessä.

Ihanaa ja voimallista keskiviikkoa!!!
Toivottavasti tämä alkanut syksy toimisi suurimmalla osalla puhdistavana henkäyksenä ja antavana aikana kohti talvea.
Itse syksynlapsena elän kaikista täysimmin juuri syksyllä,kun tuuli viilenee,kosteus lisääntyy(sataa,ihanaa!),metsät ovat utuisia ja hiukan jo peppua paleltaa kivellä istuminen hearthymiö
I once had this lucid dream where I became so conscious and so aware within the dream that I actually began to doubt whether or not I was actually dreaming. Itwas a strange feeling to be perfectly conscious and uncertain about which state you are existing in. Once I remembered it was just a lucid dream, I thought to myself “If this is a dream and this feels more real than waking life, how can we be sure waking life isn’t also a dream of sorts?”.

I awoke from this dream hovering over top of my bed 4 feet, body and legs glowing and dimly lighting up the room. I became scared about the unfamiliarity of it all, and tried to pinch my leg as hard as I could to wake myself up, but my leg of light could not feel a single thing. Once I settled down and returned to my body, I realized how impermanent this life is. It’s just a dream. We take it and ourselves so seriously, but it is less real than even the most mild lucid dreams. This was the first time I KNEW I was eternal and will one day awake from this amazing dream we call life.

Some ways to induce lucid dreams include the following:

- Spending at least 10 minutes in putting down and recording your dreams in the morning. Even if you wake up in the middle of the night, try to remember and write down what happened.

- Performing as many as 10 or more reality checks during the day, and these should be spaced out during the day. Perhaps even make a marking on your hand and look at it throughout the day, and in your dream you will notice it missing and will become lucid.

- Spending up to 20 minutes in the afternoon to incubate a lucid dream. The techniques to use here include meditation, self hypnosis, and visualization of what you wish to experience in your dream.

- Before you go to bed at night, repeat this to yourself: “I will remember to recognize that I’m dreaming”. Fall asleep repeating this in your head, and this awareness will subconsciously carry into your dreams. Know that in your dream, you will remember that you are dreaming. Affirmation is important.

This is more than just something fun to try out as an experiment. This can dramatically change your life and instantly shift your perception on reality. Both of my out-of-body experiences were induced out of lucid dreams, so I can personally testify to the mystical and practical benefits of being able to lucid dream.

There is an awesome program designed to make you a master at lucid dreaming and astral projection containing 6 informative ebooks on these topics and includes techniques, benefits, tips, and guidelines, as well as audio files and tons of bonus material.
